Take the
High Ground

Your homestead starts with the right terrain, the right resources, and a plan to hold your position.

I'm Tim Eng — West Point graduate, Army combat veteran, licensed Realtor and Loan Originator. I help families escape the city, find their land, fund the move, and protect what they build — because I've done it myself.

One Mission, Three Phases

Every successful operation needs reconnaissance, supply lines, and fortification. Your homestead is no different.

◎ Reconnaissance

Find

As the Homesteading Agent, I specialize in identifying land and properties built for self-sufficient living — water access, soil quality, timber, pasture, and the features that actually matter.

⚖ Supply Lines

Fund

Access to lending solutions designed for rural properties and homestead acquisitions. From conventional loans to creative financing, I help you secure the resources to make your move.

☐ Fortification

Protect

Military leadership, published insights, and financial strategies like Infinite Banking to help you build and protect wealth on your own terms.

◎ Reconnaissance

Find Your Ground

Most realtors sell houses. I help families find land that works — properties with the water, soil, timber, pasture, and infrastructure to support a self-sufficient life. I moved my family from California to over 40 acres in the Tennessee mountains — my wife Sophia and I raise beef and dairy cattle, sheep, ducks, and chickens. I know what to look for because I live it every day.

Whether you're searching for your first five acres or scaling up to a full working homestead, I evaluate properties through the lens of someone who depends on the land — not just someone who sells it.

Infinite Banking

The Infinite Banking Concept puts you in control of your own financial system. Instead of depending on traditional banks, IBC uses strategically structured whole life insurance to create a personal banking system.

The Story

Leaving the Valley
for the Mountains

I earned my commission from West Point — the class of 9/11 — and led a combat engineer platoon into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. When I came home, I got into real estate helping veterans use their VA loans in the Bay Area. In 2019, my family answered the "Call to Farms" and started homesteading out of necessity.

In 2022, I moved my family from Silicon Valley to over 40 acres in the Tennessee mountains. Today we raise beef and dairy cattle, sheep, ducks, and chickens. This isn't theory — it's Tuesday.

I'm a Forbes contributor and Sophia and I both write regularly for Homestead Living magazine. We host The Call to Farms podcast, and we're sought out for homestead consulting and project management.
